Time Close (OTC) program which reduces the builders
risk alloiwing us to offer you a significantly
lower price for your new home. We can also offer
you the traditional consruction financing package.
Generally with "buit to suits"
we require a 5% down payment to get started. However
under the OTC we only require $2,500, enough to
cover the architectual plans and first phases
of building your new dream home.
We have listed First Horizon as
an option for you, however we dont mind which
company you use. We are an approved builder with
both First Horizon and Country Wide and would
be happy to put you in touch with the appropriate
people at these organizations.
